Stiks Cosmetiks - Daisy Reviews (Beth) ♡

Stiks Cosmetiks, a brand known for its amazing and affordable lip sticks kindly sent us each two lip sticks to review and test out. Lip sticks can add the final touch to any makeup look and make your lips look that much better! 

The first lipstick that I received is in the shade 'Burgundy' which is £15.00. I was very happy to receive this product because I had always wanted to try out a shade like this but never picked one up. This shade is the perfect shade for autumn as it has a dark wine tone with hints of dark purple. It can compliment any skin tone and its super moisturising on your lips. This product is quite a strong colour so if you are looking for a more subtle look I wouldn't opt for this shade. I would say that this product is quite moisturising and gives your lips a little bit of shine. The pigmentation of this lip stick is the best I have ever come across and it lasts forever on your lips, even if you have a drink, this lip stick will stay on your lips!! 

The second lip stick that I received is in the shade 'Tangerine' which is also £15.00. This lip stick is a very bright and will definitely make your lips stand out! I would definitely say that this colour is more suited to the summer time because of its brightness and would match perfectly with the summer shaded clothes. This lip stick is also very highly pigmented and lasts for hours. This colour will compliment anyone's smile and add some colour to your makeup look. Before using this product I decided to put on some EOS lip balm in mint which helped make the colour a bit more subtle and easier to pull off. Personally I'm not a huge lover of wearing really bright colours on my lips but I'm definitely willing to give it a go in summer time. 

I love that these lipsticks have a sloped top because I find that when lining my lips I don't need to go out and buy a lip liner to match the colour you can just simply use the sharper end at the top to give you the exact line you need. The shape also helps when applying the product fully to your lips as it is longer than a normal lip stick would be, so if you don't want it too strong you can do one coat and not need to go over it to cover places it may not have covered. 

I think that Stiks Cosmetiks products are very original and are such amazing quality. The packaging is plain and simple but I think its really effective and eye-catching. You get a very good amount or product and it is definitely worth the price. They can be great as presents (on the website they sell sets) or you can just treat yourself.

Beth's Top 3 Blushers - Soph and Beth Beauty ♡

Blushers are an essential to my everyday makeup look, I have experimented with many different brands/colours and come up with my top 3 that I would opt for on a daily basis. 

3. MAC Powder Blush in the shade 'Immortal Flower' (£18.00)

This blush has an amazing texture and looks amazing when you apply it on to your cheeks, it can make the perfect finish to any look! The shade that I purchased is quite light so I wouldn't use it during the summer time but it is definitely an autumn/winter shade as it adds some more colour to my skin. If you are not a lover of light shades I would definitely recommend checking out some of MAC's other blushes as they have got tons of different shades to fit everyone's needs!
MAC is definitely a well known brand and it always lives up to standards, so if you are looking for high quality products definitely go and check out their products, however you can find products with a little bit less quality for much lower prices. Click here to visit MAC's website. 

2. MUA Blush in the shade 'Bon Bon' (£1.00)

This blush has such an amazing pigmentation and a beautiful colour and its only £1!!! The colour is the perfect shade for my skin tone and would probably look amazing on most people's skin. When using this powder I have noticed that quite a lot of product goes on to your brush so you need to make sure that you aren't applying loads to your face. You definitely get a good amount of product for such a cheap price and the colour lasts all day. For such a good price there is barely any faults to this product. 1. NYX Powder Blush in the shade 'Mauve' (£5.00)

This blush is the one that I will usually opt for on a daily basis (you may have see this featured in older posts). The colour is perfect for every season but I prefer to wear it during the summer time because of its peachey toned colour. The blush has got a prefect texture and really adds a pop of colour to your cheeks. I got this blush from the NYX stand at Beauty Con London and have loved it ever since I got it and I was super excited to get it because I had previously heard many great reviews about their blushes before!! For just £5 I have not found any faults with this blush and will definitely be repurchasing when it runs out. I apply all of these blushes using my Real Techniques Blush Brush which is available in most stores, I purchased mine from Boots for £9.99. The brush is the perfect shape and it is super soft. Click here for the Boots website with the brush on it. 

Overall I love all 3 of these blushers and would definitely recommend that you check them out!!
