Stiks Cosmetiks - Daisy Reviews (Beth) ♡

Stiks Cosmetiks, a brand known for its amazing and affordable lip sticks kindly sent us each two lip sticks to review and test out. Lip sticks can add the final touch to any makeup look and make your lips look that much better! 

The first lipstick that I received is in the shade 'Burgundy' which is £15.00. I was very happy to receive this product because I had always wanted to try out a shade like this but never picked one up. This shade is the perfect shade for autumn as it has a dark wine tone with hints of dark purple. It can compliment any skin tone and its super moisturising on your lips. This product is quite a strong colour so if you are looking for a more subtle look I wouldn't opt for this shade. I would say that this product is quite moisturising and gives your lips a little bit of shine. The pigmentation of this lip stick is the best I have ever come across and it lasts forever on your lips, even if you have a drink, this lip stick will stay on your lips!! 

The second lip stick that I received is in the shade 'Tangerine' which is also £15.00. This lip stick is a very bright and will definitely make your lips stand out! I would definitely say that this colour is more suited to the summer time because of its brightness and would match perfectly with the summer shaded clothes. This lip stick is also very highly pigmented and lasts for hours. This colour will compliment anyone's smile and add some colour to your makeup look. Before using this product I decided to put on some EOS lip balm in mint which helped make the colour a bit more subtle and easier to pull off. Personally I'm not a huge lover of wearing really bright colours on my lips but I'm definitely willing to give it a go in summer time. 

I love that these lipsticks have a sloped top because I find that when lining my lips I don't need to go out and buy a lip liner to match the colour you can just simply use the sharper end at the top to give you the exact line you need. The shape also helps when applying the product fully to your lips as it is longer than a normal lip stick would be, so if you don't want it too strong you can do one coat and not need to go over it to cover places it may not have covered. 

I think that Stiks Cosmetiks products are very original and are such amazing quality. The packaging is plain and simple but I think its really effective and eye-catching. You get a very good amount or product and it is definitely worth the price. They can be great as presents (on the website they sell sets) or you can just treat yourself.
